• Pay Rs. 15,000/= as the course fee, to any branch of Bank of Ceylon (BOC). Account No 7417821
• Send the below mentioned documents through registered post.

1. Paid Bank paying voucher and
2. Certified copy of National Identity Card (N.I.C.)

to the following address of “Assistant Director, Colombo Regional Centre (CRC), The Open University of Sri Lanka, Nawala Nugegoda”.

(The course applied should be clearly mentioned on the top left – hand corner of the envelope)
